Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your specified address in Qatar.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After receiving your return, our experts will inspect the items and process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
